In regards to Dell monitors, they most likely will not have the exact same serial number name in the WMI info as is listed on the sticker on the monitor for the serial number. ![]() Works very well! Not sure if you want to expand your list or not. I found a lot of help online and i didnt write the entire script- i cannibalized but hey, it works and would love to hear what others say. I found this script to be very helpful and thought to share it with the community. What about the monitors? What if you need to know the monitor model, size and even serial number? There are third party tools that you can buy to get monitor info, but that can be pricey. ![]() Sysadmins need to keep track of their hardware inventory. ![]()
